Take advantage of non-formal education-businessman

The Managing Director of Osei Assibey Spare Parts in Sunyani, Mr. Osei Assibey, has advised young people who did not have access to formal education to take advantage of the non formal education programme to enhance their lives.

Mr. Osei was worried that, several young people could still not read or write and still depend on families and friends to assist them in reading letters thereby invading their privacy.

He gave the advice in an interaction with Space FM’s Papa Abisah at the Sunyani magazine.
He said skill acquisition is a very vital tool for development that the youth must seriously consider.
Mr. Osei noted that laziness could ruin the future of the youth and urged them to be serious with education to acquire more entrepreneurial skills and be innovative.

He also called on churches to assist in improving the provision of education by organizing programmes such as career counseling.
